This ergonomic office chairs is excellent. The other reviews I read were very helpful, because they were correct about the height. Don't buy this chair for anyone under 6 feet tall. I'm about 6'1" and the lowest setting on this chair is the most comfortable and ergonomic for me. The tilt adjust is a great feature as well; I can easily switch between a harder working tilt and a more casual surfing the web tilt.
